History
Our Story
01Rundlet Advisory was founded in 2011 by Travis Rundlet, who brought together his unique background in media (as an Emmy-nominated NBC News producer), law (formerly associated with Cravath, Swaine & Moore), and business (MBA from Harvard Business School) to create a different kind of law firm.
Initially focused on media and technology, the firm quickly evolved to pursue a broader mission: providing sophisticated Wall Street transactional advice. In 2021, Travis’ identical twin brother Alexander Rundlet joined as Partner, bringing his extensive litigation and public policy experience to expand the firm's capabilities.
Together, they’re positioning Rundlet Advisory as a first stop for complex transactions, commercial advice, and strategic counsel, with offices in New York's Wall Street and Miami's Brickell Avenue.
The firm’s foundation rests on principles and values learned early.
Travis and Alexander come from a family of celebrated professionals dedicated to results-driven service, impact, and positive change (working in legal and non-legal fields such as public defense, political engagement, health care policy and administration, consumer protection, and mental health counseling).
This grounding shapes the firm’s perspective, practice and prerogatives.
